(Wickery) Created Command Center Page, filled with info and table
(Wickery) Adjustments and removal of incorrect information on several pages

Goodnamesalltaken (me):

Added Iron Smelter to BC2 costs on Resource Buildings
Added BC1 costs for all Resource Buildings
Created and filled Gold Smelter Page completely
Moved Buildings page content into Building Category, changed Buildings page into a redirect page and removed it from the Building Category

Well, depending on how you look at productive. Rearranging the wiki's categories was more helpful for getting around I suppose, but that was short work. Today a whole lot of relatively hard work got done ^_^

It definitely seems important enough if we can get the right stats and change them according to buffs and nerfs.

Link on front page? Or those tables themselves? Doubt the front page is a place for the whole thing, especially it's kinda oversized.

Tops, better leave the stat thing to me, I'd have to rework the whole table/??s thing anyway i guess

When you first go to the wiki you can click on something. For example there is the races and you can click on any of the races.. Maybe put in a stats categories and make it one easy click. I have no idea how to do that though.

How about "stats and caps overview" or just "stats and caps" cause it is about way more than just starting stats, its about game balance. The chart is offering more than just starting stats.

I disagree. While attacks/round, Unit Count and AP aren't typically grouped with strength, melee, etc., they are stats. They're just stats that aren't shown in the sidebar like the rest.

And for the sake of keeping the wiki compact I try and never have more than two words in any page title. Razz

Of course you can see everything as a stat, but i repeat myself here it is not just about STARTING stats.

"Stats and Caps" is best if you ask me. But I'm a little annoyed right now because I just made a bunch of changes and lost them all because of terrible wiki interface and the name of the page being changed. Is there anyway to get this back? I copied and pasted into microsoft word just in case something happened but I don't know if that will look good when pasted back in (or if the page will get renamed again while I'm doing it)...

Try copying and pasting and see how it looks.

Wiki is down right now though, at least for a lot of people, so I would hold off on doing anything new. I almost lost the page I created from scratch because of it Razz

Yeah I'm noticing now that the pages won't load. I remember this exact same thing happening last time I tried using the wiki... I thought wikia.com was better than this? Neutral

Well guys, today is the one month anniversary of me starting this whole wiki thing Very Happy

(technically yesterday was, but the 20th was the day I started editing)

Update notes 2/20/2014

Created Items page, filled with info
Created Weapons page, filled with info, added some images to it
Added Stats and Caps page to the main page's table of content, did some adjustments to naming it and fixing it's old redirect page causing a double redirect because of the second renaming (that's a mouthful)
Removed the outdated Ranged (Unit Type) category from several pages
Adjusted several other misc. categories

if you copied the source data, then recopy to new page's source, should be ok. if from visual mode, then crap.
Also please login, a lot better than having a bunch of 'a wikia contributor'.

also really that looong single table is too horrible to fill in atm. more data means much harder to read anything in source mode.

oh about renaming/redirects, i don't think the names/pages are needed at all in that 'starting stats/ap-stats-caps-whatever-long-name' case. So I deleted those pages, it's the standard practice instead of a bunch of redirects. Restorable if need be.

BC2 item stat caps were gotten from Tibr, though I added a more direct confirmation request to the page to make sure now.

Also, the whole Combat/non combat setup on the item table is incorrect I believe, hence me adjusting it

From what I can gather, it's treated as Primary/Secondary. HP and Movement, while not being combat stats and not following the typical stat boosts, seem to be treated as Primary, while the three other stats are treated as secondary and apply to all item types.

We'd probably need Rune to clear it up for sure, but that system makes the most sense to me as well.
