i am confused again, you said in other thread "Each battle difficulty has a different range. Wink" in context it meant that on easy, we would not find level 20 AI units if ours were also level 20. that AI unit level would have a range, with a min and max... that is the range you were talking about no?

Tech levels are also calculated in the algorithm. Tbh in the game version you are playing they are not and the AI has no tech levels.
i don't know exactly this is gonna play out, but since the level of the troops we face also defines our reward, i guess it will be mostly ok.
my worry is this, we progress in the game in these aspects:
-unit level
-number of units in battle
-types of units
-tech levels
-future stuff like the army banners?
what you seem to say is, we are fixing the game so that an easy battle will always be of similar "tuffness" no matter how you progress in the above, because we tweak the AI accordingly. however, its compensated by giving better rewards, is this correct? for all of the above? no exceptions?
you put items apart saying that items will for sure make battles easier, but it will cost you gold if you over do them. fair enough. i think its a good balance!
I am of the opinion that certain things like tech level should always make the battle easier, because its a bit strange to gain a tech level and then don't feel that the battles i do are less tuff and not just get 50 or 100 more gold per battle. but either way, its fair.
