Permanently Deleting Alternate Erevos/Olympus Account

I want to delete my alternate account on Olympus but don't have the 2k fame to use the migration function.  The only other option I see is an account reset; will that give me the option to permanently delete that account?  If not, how would I do it?

Also, with access to these alts running until April 2nd, does that basically mean that faction chat will be "unsecure" until then?  Can't someone log into their other account and lurk?  Obviously this is a very bad thing but I just want to be aware if that's the case!    

Maybe I'm just being paranoid, but I never consider Faction Chat to be secure. We've found a few alts lurking there before.

Secure might be too strong a word, but at least normally those with two accounts run the major risk of getting banned. This is just a weird in-between time and I want to clarify for the benefit of all.

Oingo, I think reseting account will be enough.

At resetion you delete account forever, so you can pick new race.

If you're unsecure, reset acc and search for the deleted account username in rankings. You won't find it.

To your other question, there are always spies in faction chats. But if you want more direct answer, answer is yes.
