What is best guild treaty for maximum Cooperatives & PvP?

What is the best guild treaty (or none) for maximum cooperatives & PvP in same faction.

I've been told (not clear if true):

• Alliance or trading pact stops PvP;
  
• War helps increase chance of PvP; however,
  
• War stops cooperatives.
  

Anyway to maximize the change of booth cooperatives & PvP with another guild, what is best treaty?

No treaties is the best. No treaty allows both pvp and coop. War allows only pvp. All other treaties do not allow pvp. So no treaties.

Probably no alliance at all. As far as I know you can coop or pvp if you have no alliance at all. If trading pact, pvp cannot be done from my experience.

Wow that was weird we both posted at the same time.

You can do even coops at war.

This was happening several times when Renegade and Blackwater were fighting. And we declared war.

So no treaty appears to be the best option for guild members that want to be able to both cooperative & PvP against other guilds in the same faction.

Then it doesn't work how it is intended, we cooped with our opponents several time.

We weren't able to pvp against them at all, we cooped with each other. We were at war, diplomatically and de facto too. It happened 1 month ago.

It should be ok now. There was a change a month or so ago correcting exactly this problem.
