I've been wondering since my lias are pretty much capped on strength, if the special ability rage which adds 30 more strength on the 3rd lvl is rendered useless. Or can a unit exceed its caps with bonuses from special abilities?

A unit can exceed its cap with special abilities.

does special ability of dwarfen HI can go over cap too?
What about racial bonuses (dwrfes and DL). Do they can go above cap too?
