When is this actually coming into play? I think we should be able to get gear to our fellow guildmates without the possibility of sniping, ahead of guild wars. Meaning our treasurer facilitates the trade.

Agreed. First layer of Guild Warfare should go live this week. Second layer next week and we will try to squeeze that in too.
