We would like to arrange a meeting with the 14 biggest Guilds in the game (1st page in rankings) in order to discuss matters related to the game and coming features.
Each Guild may send 2 representatives. preferably the Leader and the Vice Leader, but that won't be mandatory and anyone could be chosen.
As I will be the one hosting this meeting I'm calling all Guilds which are eligible to join this meeting, to contact me via PM so as to make the necessary preparations. I'm aiming for Friday the 31st at 21:00 UTC, but that will depend mainly on whether the majority of the Guilds will be able to attend at that time, which is why it is important to receive everyone's PMs the soonest possible.
