| Region 249 still shows as the Drow and Dvergar territory and it cannot be attacked. It's not exactly a region of strategic importance but it's something that should be fixed.

| This has been a problem for a while.
From my understanding, rather than remove the Dvarger and Drow, the devs moved the tile to the southeast (in light territory) and for some reason I'm not sure of accidentally made the Dark Capital their territory too.
If those NPC armies are being reworked for a comeback, I wouldn't have a problem with this, but for now it seems like the tiles are screwed up just because it's easier :/ | |

We do not simply "move" regions like that. It has been fixed and it will go live with the next update. | |
