Racial Casters ?

Since their's no stat for magic or mana, are we not going to get caster units? Whether with active fireballs or just unique ranged attackers/healers ? Because thats another Dwarf oddity, while even the orcs/goblins often have Shamans, and elves are famous for their magic affinity, Dwarves have never really been the Wizardly type. But they have the Runepriest ;o or even Runemage, runes in general were the magic. I think in Warhammer what dwarves lacked in magic they made up for resistance too it or something. Active abilites would be great on casters though, active abilities in general
