Dark Legion bug: Not always getting racial bonus

I play as Dark Legion on Olympus. The picture shows that the next command point will be generated in almost 30 minutes from the time the printscreen was taken. The Dark Legion receive a 5% reduction to command point generation, thus the counter should never exceed 28:30. This was observed at about 19:59 server time immediately after a battle.

This occurred after the patch to correct this bug. Refreshing the page did not correct the issue.

Edit: Very tiny picture, the timer is at 29:44.

Side Note: The bug was only in display and did not affect the replenishment on the server side.
