currently i'm at 76% for the 300 building upgrades achievement. but if i look at my city management screen it says i've done 243, which would be 81%. my Hero monument and my lab are level 15, does this mean that the hero monument or lab don't count towards this achievement??

Thanks for the report ferarith.
Everything should be calculated. Each level of your buildings should be the amount of upgrades starting from 1 (meaning that a level 15 building counts 14 upgrades).
If the calculation still remains wrong can you post your buildings levels?

So there are 13 buildings so 243 minus 13 is 230. that is 76.6666667 so 76% may be correct. Thanks light.
