Command Points and Command Center

I know you would love to get people to do a lot more coop and pvp, but wouldn´t it make sense that a) the cap or b) the reload speed of Command Points would rise (at least a little) with the level of the CC? Like CC 1-10 = 10 points and after level 10 raise 1 point every 2 or 3 levels but only to a total maximum of 15?

Maybe this is just me loving my NM or would anyone else like at least a few more points for solo?

Or maybe the CC or another building could reduce time by like 1% each level or something on the time it takes cp to reload
