Fixes:

- A bug related to the artillery units has been resolved.

- A flag related to the artillery units and ranged units caused an inconsistency and as a result they had mental powers which allowed them to target units which were not visible due to FOW. AI should "behave" now..Let us know if you experience this strange behavior again.


Changes:

- We made some changes to the volume system. Units have still "volume", but now the following rules apply:

i) Units can pass through other friendly units, which are either moving or are simply idle.

ii) When two units or more are moving together and they end up moving through each other, they will try to avoid each other.

iii) If two or more units are ordered to stop at the same position, the first unit to reach the destination will stop normally and the others will stop a little bit further than the destination, so as to prevent units occupying the same space. You can still place units next to each other (in fact some troops from different units may be inside the other), but they will never be one on top of the other.

iv) When units are moving and they pass through other friendly units, they receive a 20% Movement penalty.


We believe that you will find that moving your units around has improved significantly.


- We have returned to the old Fame system but with a few changes. City Score is once again called Fame.

Formula on Erevos/Olympus in order to calculate the Fame of a player and therefore determine his rank in the Rankings was: Fame= (City Score) + (CP/10).
New Formula on Hades is: Fame = (City Score) + (CP/5)
The new formula will still reward the progression of a player (City lvl and tech lvl), but it emphasizes more on the CP generation and therefore the activity and contribution of a player to the actual warfare.

- Global Aether rewards req has been changed. From 100k CP, it has been reduced to 45k Fame.


This week we will work on the AI and its relation to FOW.
