One of the banners i have upgraded to lvl 2 should give + 6 armor for Heavy infantry but it only gave +3.

It must've been 48 armor not 45.

try to remove banner and equip again it should work

Fixed and will be live with the next patch. It was a miscalculation between units you've bought and not.
