Custom War Banners

First thing, I want to congratulate the devs with a remarkable job of implementing first layer of GW. It certainly brought more live and excitement in game.

But closer to topic, I have a suggestion. You mentioned somewhere that you would like to know community's opinion on your ToDo list, which features should be given more priority. In my opinion, several threads about connected features can do the trick better than one gigantic thread.

So I have chosen for this thread some topics that I personally would like to see implemented sooner than some others: Guild's and player's personal war banners. Though currently implemented features provide some choice on the first matter, it is still severely limited.

According to your list, features:
- Create your own War Banner;
- Players' War Banners and option what to carry in battle;
imply that players at some point will be able to upload images to use as their guild's and their personal banner.

So I would like to know developers' and community's opinions about priority of this particular feature. How soon will / can / should it be implemented?

Customization is definitely something that we want in BC. However, we don't want to add the option to upload images as it will need continuously monitoring...Porn, Copyrights, etc.

The plan is to provide a lot of artwork and the player will be able to choose what he likes. Then he could decide upon whether he will use his race war banner, his own war banner or his Guild's war banner in the battlefield.

That is a great argument against uploading.

In that case, may I suggest the following:
to allow major guilds to officially request their banner to be made based on their own design.
Defining major is up to you, of course, for example: those who own any regions, those who are above level one, or level two, whatever. Does not seem like a big number of requests, what do you think?
Also, a question, does the banner need to be round? Can it have other shapes and background elements, like swords behind the shield, you know.

The idea is to provide a bigger variety of War Banners, so Guilds can have more unique designs. We promise that the next set of War Banners will have some more details.

"Ordering" custom War Banners is...a bit difficult.
