Others told me they were unable to recruit archers. Prerequisites were alright, they got the resources, had the space for it in the barracks, still when they clicked the recruit button, nothing happened.
I couldn't recreate the bug myself though.

I've heard in faction chat that an elf named Firefalcon also couldn't recruit his elven archers.
