A New PvP Tier. *not a tier tho

Me and Fyrr have been dying to slice off each others head at PvP, but can't since I'm not at T4.
So I'm suggesting a PvP structure like the one that we first had, where you only see who's at the PvP queue, so each PvP there will be planned already, so no complaining either way.
This new PvP queue can be seen by everyone, including guildies, other guilds with alliance on them, or Blighties.
