| With the coming people on Olympus, do we recommend to change High Council Membership. Something like:
- Top 5 guilds on Everos each have two representatives;
- Next 5 active1 guilds on Everos get one representative;
- The top 7 guilds2 on Olympus each have one representative;
- Any guild that is both on Everos & Olympus only gets one representative (or two in case of top 5 guild on Everos);
- There are 10 representatives to be elected to the High Council as follows:
- Any High Council member can suggest any additional member and put to a vote, if said individual is getting 10-15 votes he is granted membership.
The idea is to include more active members who may or may not be in guilds, but have a lot to contribute. Some guilds would still have 2-3 representatives as their other members would get voted onto the High Council. Three day Vote 1Some guilds have "moved" to Olympus and are no longer really active on Everos, for example: Prism, Chaos Guard & Mystic Valor. 2Later on this can be updated when Olympus grows more.

| Probably an academic question, not one that will matter...hopefully. However, how will a top guild be defined with the introduction of prestige? Basically, what does/will define a top guild: fame, conquest points, prestige, or a mixture of the three? In any case, it is good to see that there may be some revamping of the HC. | |

| My favorite idea is the ability to vote on new HC members (regardless of their guild status).
Although since their could be a lot of players soon, you will need a specific forum folder for that! Otherwise it'll get spammy. Also, 10-15 votes is subjective and will depend on the number of people actively visiting the HC. A better check might be a yes/no vote?

| One of the reasons behind this is the inactivity of HC, many votes are going by without participation. There are far too many ppl entitled to be in HC while not being able or willing to contribute.
Overall the number of 30 or less members in HC is a good goal. In addition they should get evaluated by their activity/participation and replaced if that prereq is not met.
