I think you've said it elsewhere, but more visibility while retaining confidentiality with other items. I agree though, good idea.

I absolutely disagree with this. Then there is no purpose of a High Council.

The purpose of the high council shouldn't be to sit in the shadows making decisions for everyone else in the game. At the very least, anyone with a forum account should be able to see what proposed changes are being thought about for the game.

WE should be able to vote on what the high council should look at, then the high council should decide what is the most important and make some improvements to the idea
