High Council Redesign (Second Question on Recommendations)

The biggest change I want to find if people are interested in or not

1. Move Recommendations In-Game; and
   
2. Move voting on Recommendation In-Game
   

This change would move 90%+ of the High Council from the forums, in game & make it possible for everyone to participate.

Please vote YES or NO based on the idea of moving recommendations & voting in-game; not on the exact specifics of how this would be done & voted on (these can be changed later if there is interest in moving recommendations in game).

The idea is any user can create a recommendation which is either for: A new feature for the game; OR A prioritization of features.

Other users can vote to make them more popular.

Each day, the most popular recommendation is put up for a three vote as a proposal.

After careful consideration of a proposal that receives 70% Yes votes the developers will then modify, approve, or reject such recommendations, as they consider best for the game they are creating.

The developers will communicate their decision for each such proposal.

I am definitely in support of this idea, though it may take some time to implement.

If CP and fame increase is used as a weight, it needs to be in a falling scale so that someone who makes 2000 CP in a day doesn't get 20 times the say as someone who makes 100 CP. So something like:

0-10 CP/fame: (can't vote or vote is worth 1 point)
11-100: vote is worth 2 points)
101-500: vote is worth 3 points)
501-2000: vote is worth 4 points)
2000+: vote is worth 5 points)

Something like that. Though scaled voting may not even be the best way to do it.

I would rather favor a forum option with "+1" where ppl could support suggestions quickly, but also express their concerns or alternatives to the topic.

If people are not active on the forum, then they dont care enough anyways. Sorting suggestions by popularity would automatically get top ones on the HC agenda.
