wrong cp at gw pvp

i have made several pvp with Fyrr via GW pvp. I played at 44 region. I usually played as "light" side (beginning at bottom). I have strong suspicous that my cp from victories were added to light side, because influence was lowering despite gaining 128 cp every 8-10 min. Before i did few NM runs at that location and influence of dark side was raising and i know it is still possible that suddenly lighties lunch attack on that region but i higly doubt it.

Can you check it?

I've been watching a region, and it doesn't move at all UNITIL I do a single attack there, which minuses 1 %

We are positively certain that cps are allocated the way it should.
