Quests seem to be wrong

Didn't see anything in bugs about this. I can put up some screenshots but for now I will just explain it. Have a Nightmare quest then when I click guide me because I have around 5 other similiar quests. when I get to the map it is showing to be a hard. From doing the battle it seemed like a hard considering how it was against Dwarves but yet I faced no HI. But the quest showed as a NM and when at prepare screen it also showed as a hard.
