PrimeScratchCards gem offer?

I completed the PrimeScratchCards gem offer, and nothing has come through.
If there is meant to be a delay, how long would the expected wait time be?

I completed all the requirements.

We do not control the offers, as it is an automatic system, but we know that certain offers might take a while to go through.. Please contact the payment support if you don't receive them in 1-2 hours...
