So, after battle the report says I get 1600 gold, but back to city view it only increased by 1300. So I thought maybe my mistake? I tried again, 1700 gold in report, only got roughly 1400 increase in the storage.

Give us more details. Battle Difficulty? CO-OP? PVP? How many units?
