Fixes:

- Global Guild Rankings paging has been corrected.

- Well Crafted Items (with durability bonus) have been corrected.

Changes:

- Artifacts now require all resource types for crafting and repair.

- Aether Item values have been adjusted to match the new item value system.

We are heavily working on the new battle system!  bounce
