I've noticed the sudden decline in frag drop rate in pvp. As confirmed by multiple pvpers lately they have gotten bad rewards. Did you nerf the drop rate and just forgot to put it in the patch notes? Ninja nerf?

well toady (on t1 with the wors reward between pvp) i got godlike art frag and weapon frag bunch of epics (dont know how many exactly about 3-4 maby more ) with about 10 pvp matches so i think its not so bad you just have bed luck
but well i notice gold and res reward droped like 1/3 of before state

Maybe there is a bug for tier one. Since in tier3 I manage to get commons. Now my main source of frags is from Nightmare and I only get epics.
