Titles/acheivements

I was wondering if titles would give a specific bonus based on which chassis they are.
For example engineer gives -10% in construction time, arclord better drop in battle

And so things like this, so that it actually gives value to use them.

Another thing is that maybe progressively titles give gems, higher titles give higher gem reward upon unlock. Like first gives +5 gems 2nd +10 3rd +25 4th +50 5th +100.
