Disconnect While Typing Mail

I got the 20min idle disconnect while actively typing a mail to someone

Unfortunately, we cannot change the idle timer when a player is in the mail window.

I can't believe I'm about to help a Blightie, *shudders* but here goes...
 
When that happens, Dobraine:
1. Don't click your mouse anywhere on the screen, your cursor will still be "live" (blinking) in the body of your PM somewhere until you click out of it;
2. Ctrl-A to select all text in your message;
3. Ctrl-C to copy it; and
4. Ctrl-V to paste it into Word, NotePad, or some such.
 
After reconnecting, you can simply pick up where you left off.
