1. Why is it that you can cancel the construction a upgrade to a building and not cancel a research development to get back your resources? I would really like to have that feature if possible.
2. For achievements, in the resource section for example, I would really like to see exact values for how many more resources I need to fill up a circle for a specific title.
3. I saw this mentioned in chat earlier, why is there no way to change the name of a guild? I think it would be pretty cool feature even if it costs gems in order to do it and only allow the leader/vice leader be able to change it.
4. Would it impact the game negatively if durability the stat bonus itself was taken out of the game and replaced by another stat?
5. Not a suggestion but more of a question. Why are artifact frags more rare than any other frag but the items themselves, tend to have lesser stats and much lesser durability on them? I just thought for something so rare and hard to find, that the items themselves would prove to be more epic.

6. I think it would make more sense to get gems from quests instead of fame. Maybe not as many gems as some people get fame, but maybe a max of 3 gems from quests just to help players out a little. Fame in my opinion doesn't seem to prove anything when most people look for CP.
7. The Dragon's loot in my opinion should do a little more. It is a one time thing so people cannot abuse it, but it should give a little more value. I feel one of these would help make it feel more satisfying for the players that bought it; 1) Change the weekly reward to a daily reward with less benefits, but more overall benefits by the end of the week. 2) Make it so a player is guaranteed gems from the weekly loot. Very unsatisfying when you open it 2-3 weeks in a row and never get a gem. 3) Increase the number of resources gained from it depending on the player's level or wharehouse. After playing for several months, I look back and think of how I could of got a gold chest or this, and a gold chest would of given better value.
Most one time purchases that I have bought in other games I do not regret because it helped me in the beginning or the end. I feel like this needs to be altered in some way to focus on how it wants to help the player. In this game, I regret buying the dragon's loot because I have not felt any satisfaction from opening any of the weekly chests and I have been playing for 3 months.

8. It would be really useful for many people with recruiter position in a guild to get notifications when ever a player applies to their guild so the active players can respond to a application much quicker.
9. I think it would be a really cool idea to make another style of currency instead of gold when using the market. For example maybe make an option to allow players to sell a epic weapon fragment and make the Buy Out 1 epic armor fragment. It could also be required that player making this post in auction house have to pay a fee in gold. Just an idea.
10. You should do something a little more special and give everybody a free 100 gems or maybe a present that gives everybody a random gift on Christmas Day
11. Would it be a bad thing for a player to stop crafting an item half way through? I have speed through crafting multiple items at once and I accidentally used the wrong fragments.

12. It would be really neat if players could pay gold to skip quests. I know I do not like certain quests and I refuse to do them. I just wish I could get rid of them and replace it with a different quest like the ones that require you to win 3 pvp games.

I certainly support Venu on the following 3 features :
1. Make gem-quests, though not necessarily instead of fame... 2. An in-game possibility to notice someone applying to a guild. 3. The possibility of skipping quests. Though at the end of some cycles there seem to be no more quests coming till a new cycle begins. Maybe the devs implemented a max. number of quests per cycle?
Question for the devs: 1. What exactly does the stat ''durability'' do? It seems pretty useless... 2. Why not introduce a system in which at least the stats may be chosen, i.e. ''Strength'' for weapons or ''Endurance'' for armor. The numbers may still vary then, but it would be an awesome improvement on crafting.

It just increases the durability of the item?
So if the item had a base durability of 20, and had Durability +9, it would have 29 Durability. (29 battles before it breaks).
With the current values it really is a worthless stat. Either double the values, or remove it entirely.

1. We do not exclude such a possibility in the future. 2. Not quite sure I understood what you mean by that. 3. Yes, there is a max no. of quests per a time interval that can be given to a player. 4. Well answered above. 5. Already in the works. The crafting system will receive some extensive tinkering introducing Enhancers, Catalysts, Runes and In-Battle Consumables.

Now the clarification on # 2. : When a player applies to a guild, he must wait for approval. Currently, we have had people joining Prism, who said they had been waiting for hours, before their applies were even noticed. A feature would be most welcome that would allow us to see in the city screen when somebody applies to the guild. Perhaps a sign like when we receive new mail, or like when the resource buildings are full and need to be emptied. We just don't want people waiting unnecessarily, before they're even noticed.

That could well become a spam problem.
Isn't the Recruiter's job to actually keep an eye on the applications?

Isn't the Developer's job to make the game more enjoyable so we can chat, battle, trade, etc ... instead of having to do 4 clicks to check if we have a new applicant every 5 to 10 minutes?

Additional suggestions.
13. The call reinforcements button would actually be worth spamming our friends with to come play if their was some kind of reward system for doing so. Of course it could be abused by people creating new accounts and trying to get the rewards but you could also counter that by making the new player have to achieve a certain goal before a reward is sent to the referring player.
14. I would love to be able to sell things in less than 6 hours or maybe even 12 hours instead of the "24 hours and 4 days" selling times.

15. Could there be some kind of gambling in this game to obtain extra gold by any chance? Like maybe some mini-games that cost gold to play and if you win, you get gold out of it. Or make pvp where you can wager gold and both players have to agree to pay the amount and winner gets the amount from the other player.
16. How come there isn't a 5th resource called food? Where players have a farm to upgrade for food, and they have to pay food to heal units and upgrade buildings. Of course everything wouldn't costs a lot of food but wouldn't it make sense as a resource?

Venu, you honestly want to add another resource to this game?
1. Time : should have implemented it from the beginning. Now, some players are already pretty much leveled up. Too late to make them ''pay'' food for all the steps they made, doesn't make sense adding it now for their future steps. 2. We already got 4 resources that take a lot of time and resources to develop (upgrades/research). You honestly wish to make it last any longer than it does now ?

You could say the gold you use to heal is also used for purchasing food. Also, do the undead need to eat?

With the new update, in the guild contracts logs, it would be very useful to the logs reading "supplies" for resources given, "items" for frags or items given, and if it's mixed then have it say another thing so I know what to look for when I skim through the pages. *Just need some way of knowing what to look for when going through guild vault log pages.*
18. When we are crafting items it would be really nice if they appeared on the right side of our screen like how research and building percentages are there.

2 more regarding guild vault.
19. An updates suggestion of number 17, would be to say person X sent supplies to person Y instead of the guild vault logs saying "supplies sent to X" without knowing which person sent them. This way we can keep check of who is using their powers and how they are using them.
20. Would be nice for a search function when a player wants to transfer items instead of having to scroll down through 200 players in a guild. Something Like this would be nice:

21. It would be nice for new players who are looking for items that they need in the guild vault or for us treasurers who are trying to send specific items to players that we can organize the items that are in the vault. The vault needs a way to sort the items by "Armor, Weapons, Artifacts, Banners" or categorize it by "Archer, Infantry, Heavy Infantry, Cavalry".
22. Would be nice if there was some way of researching a new technology or making the level of the laboratory itself give higher stats when crafting an item.
