Guild chat / Title bug

Greetings

Got 2 bugs I noticed.

1. Guild Chat bug.

Right after I created a guild, I wanted to write in Guild Chat. Seemed bugged cause I was typing
and pressing 'enter' would not make my message appear on tab.
I assumed that a refresh would work, and it did. However, the messages I sent before refresh
appeared in Faction Chat, so that's the one

2. Title bug.

Same as beta, Glorfindel had reported it, title assigning screen still lets title list grow downwards
and some titles are lost beneath the game window.
