Fixes:
- A bug preventing Guild Supplies to be upgraded has been resolved.
- A bug involving items getting stuck on gear slots when they are broken/trashed has been resolved.
Additions:
- Guilds can now make Guild Announcements in the form of a message composed in the Mail window, which will be sent to all the Guild Members. Only the Leader, Vice Leader and the Diplomats have permission to make a Guild Announcement.
The Halloween Shop has sold out! The storekeeper promises to come back next year with some surprises!
