Lost credit from auto-renew

Hi - when Hades first opened it did not bring across existing time I had remaining.

I purchased some gems and used them to buy more auto-collect time, however very soon afterwards the additional purchase was replaced by the original outstanding time ... effectively losing the new spend.

This was approx 3-4 days ago, can you investigate and refund the gems to my account?
