Problem With Premium Bought With Gems

Hi guys !

I bought a premium today : "25 days auto collect" (480 gems)

but only 1 day and 17 hours left at 22:00.

It's annoying ! Could you fix it please ?

Similar problem. I bought the auto-collect 25 days shortly after hades went live, and now am down to 5 days. I think it reset to what I had before the cut-over.

My account name is Pontifex if you'd like to research it.

hmm i belive i had similar issue. The problem was during first update. When Hades started all bonuses has been disabled. I deleted my Olympus account and bought on Erevos account auto-collect (i didnt have earlier this bonus on Erevos), then after update that returned old bonuses, my bonus disappeared (i bought it again).

We will check it out on Monday and fix issues that people are having.

Fixed. We made the refund.

@RuneSlayer it does not look like my refund came through. I have only 275 gems and only 2 days left on my auto-collect. I think my auto-collect should be like 27 days.

I checked today and still did not receive a refund. To restate, I purchased the 25 day auto-collect shortly after Hades went live, and then it was removed. I have only 1 day left on auto-collect at this point.

I paid the gems for 25 days of auto-collect, and have nothing to show for the purchase. Can you please either refund the gems or restore the 25 days of auto-collect?
