Freeze at Prepare to battle screen

I posted in the wrong area earlier, so I figured I makle a post here as well. I get to the Prepare screen and then it will just stop part way thru loading and not go any farther. It seems to happen randomly and I am not sure what can be done to fix this issue?

I'm not sure if anyone is even reading this, since I have not seen a response. But I will post again as it just happened again on the 2nd battle I went into after the patch. I am using firefox for a browser and running on windows 7 so I don't think it is a problem with the computer.

we unintentionally miss some reports, sorry about that.

Can you please provide us with more information on when this happens? Does battle get stuck at the loading screen (100%), or does the battle appear frozen?

Let me start off my saying thank you for the reply.
I never even get into the battle. The progress bar at the prepare for battle screen stops at some point, I have seen it stop at several different points during loading. The music stops and then it just stays at the prepare for battle screen with the progress bar stuck.

All that is missing is a spinning hourglass, and it would fell like a classic old school windows hang up.

The last time I did this, I cleared out my browser cache and all that, abd I hadn't done this in a while. And it helped, but I have had it happen shortly after I have done a clear. So I'm not sure what is happening, and of course it is mildly annoying as you can imagine.
