Quest-Reward-Completion-Mixup

I have noticed that occationally the wrong quests get "completed". It happened at least twice.

Lets say i have quests in various regions, they are normal, hard and nightmare. I finish the normal one and miraculously the nightmare one gets the "completed" option. Same time their order in the quest tab is changed, the wrongly "completed" one changes places with the "unfinished" one, that I actually just did.
It has something to do with what quest was gotten first and which one was taken first. Possibly with other quests and their order in the tab.  It works both directions i think. You could do a nightmare quest and get a hard or normal one completed.

We need to add a "Select Quest" button of some sort.
