Disappearing items Empty

Getting my troops ready to fight, I noticed that one of my LI was missing their armor item (uncommon shield). I'd sent it for repairs and never got it back. This is the second armor item that I've lost in the repair area.

ETA- I did refresh the game and still nothing.
