Premium Bonus; missing Items.

Hi Devs, I just bought a 500 cred set of gems; but the chest with the bonus items (2 epics, 5 rares, etc) never opened; so I'm missing that portion. Is there any way to look into this problem?

As a general bit of info, it took refreshing the game to show my gems switch from 15 gems to 6700+.

Hi Realf, this is very weird. We will look into it. However, the most logical explanation is for the items and the Gems to have been saved to the DB, but for some reason not be shown right after the purchase. If you saw the Gems after a refresh, check your inventory for the items as well. They are there.

alright, the chest popped up now, when I went to log into the game; so all's well! thanks for any research you all did into this. Smile

I bought the 350 gem boost pack for my hero and only got the sword and one epic fragment. The ring, armor and other fragment did not show up in the chest. Tried refresh and clear cashe and it did not help.

same issue.. bougth some gems, and not recived the items for that follows.

refreshed the browser. still no items.

i have recived the gems for the transaction, but no items to show for it..

As the boost pack mentions, the user receives 1 of the shown items, not all of them. It specifically says "You will receive 1 of the following".

If you bought Gems as part of a package, then your items are in your inventory list. If you have the same concern as above, then the answer is that you get 1 random item, not all of them.
