There is a bug in crafting window.
In the items inventory if you click on repair or reforging and the repair page isn't already open, it won't do anything. What it should do, and will after the next patch is open automatically the repair page.
For now, you must have already opened the repair page for the items to get inside the slots and be able to repair.
