BUG: system resets timer on building construction

Hi, I've been experiencing a bug that resets the timer progress bar on building contruction. Before closing the game I had my warehouse upgrading at lvl 17 at over 70% and when I came back after deleting cookies to solve an intense lag issue my timer on the warehouse was back at 6% could you please investigate this bug analyzing datas in your possess for an explanation to this bug? I can't believe that after all the time wasted I came back more than 5 hours later to find the timer on the warehouse back at 6%

Something very similar occurred to me earlier today as well. I payed the resources necessary to upgrade my gold smelter from level 8 to level 10. I know for a fact that the upgrade had started because the progress bar was at 2% to level 9 when I logged off. When I returned a couple hours later my gold smelter was still at level 8, it was no longer in the processes of upgrading and all of the resources I spent to upgrade it to level 10 were not returned. Basically, it seems as if the upgrades were canceled, but my resources were never returned.

Currently I am completely unable to upgrade my gold smelter. I have the resources necessary and meet the prerequisites to upgrade the building, but when I select the option to upgrade nothing happens. I'm not sure if it matters, but I play the game on Kongregate.

This issue appears to have been resolved. My gold smelter is properly leveled.

It was related to the bug which killed the system today. It is already fixed. Thank you for your report. No resources or upgrades have been lost and the system is ok now.

WOW. so that's what you darkies have to look at all day long in your city?!? I'm sure glad I chose the light-side, then... cause I couldn't handle all that darkness staring back at me all ay long. Razz
