strange, how can there are neutral conquest percentage on front line.
Is this a bug?

I've noticed this exactly when it happened, during a conquest-cycle pass. Both regions, instead of just changing owners if apply, lost 15% influence for each side, even tho it changed owners correctly. I think this is actually a new feature to allow some time of "breath" in a very disputate region, but who knows... (aside of devs)

If this is true, it should be announced in patch notes. Thats a significant change.

May just be a bug.

There was also a TON of lost ground in a very short period of time. (like 140% spread over various regions, in less than 12 hours) There hasn't been that much of a CP swing since the 50% bug in lightside favor a few weeks ago.  That means in like 12 hours darkside earned 14,000 CP --OVER-- what lightside did, and they did it in half a day. Earlier in the day myself and several other hard-hitters tried to push certain zones, doing chain-battles, and netted zero change in it.  I understand balanced CP gain from darkside could result in that, but ... it was a few 100cp in a matter of like 15 minutes. This, combined with the 'neutral' CP amount in the Containers, makes me wonder if there was a bug in calculating the CP generation for  both/either of the factions.

Just want to make sure everything is working as intended.
