The wonder of Crafting! Empty

As we didn't manage to enable the crafting system last Friday, we will give you a small preview instead of what you can expect when the crafting goes live this Monday. (fingers crossed)

There exist 4 types of items in Battle Conquest:

1. Weapons
2. Armor
3. Banners
4. Artifacts

Each of the items is unit specific, which means that it can be worn by a specific type of unit, i.e. Infantry, Ranged, Heavy Infantry, Cavalry and Hero. The items, for now, are NOT race specific.

Items have Rarities, i.e. Common, Uncommon, Rare, Epic and Godlike.

The rarer an item is, the better and more than one the bonuses may be. Some can even give special abilities to your units and heroes.

The rarity of the items, depends on the rarity of the fragments you use for the crafting. Fragments are special drops in battles which are given as rewards. Obviously the rarity of the fragments affects the drop probability as well. You can also buy a fragment, IF a player is willing to sell it in the Auction House.

Each item has a specific number of fragments as a requirement. The rarity of the fragments you will use, will highly affect the rarity of the item you will be able to craft. There is also a cost in gold involved as well as a crafting time which depend again on the type of fragments you use. The higher the rarity of the fragments, the higher the cost and crafting time, but also the higher the quality of the item you will get in return.

Items have a durability value which indicates the number of battles a unit/hero can use it before it breaks. You will be able to repair your items, for a cost in gold, but every time you repair an item it loses it max durability and eventually it will break.

If you equip your units with items and you lose in a PVE battle (Solo or CO-OP), there is a possibility to lose them. or save them all. Some survivors managed to carry some of the equipment of their fallen comrades while they were retreating.
If any of your units equipped with items is destroyed in a battle, but you win the battle, all the items are returned to your inventory.
In PVP, the winner has a probability to get some of the items equipped by his opponent's units.

Happy Crafting all!
