Newcomers Retreats - Gold Rewards Empty

I and some players received battles on coop with some newcomers.

And some of newcomers attempt to go to corner of the map and retreat, leaving us alone on battle (It's good for our units experience, but that was coward tactic left us like retards, right?)

For reduce this kind of thing, I suggest some new system on battle reward

- For having retreating units, will receive less rewards after battle(on percentage, if 50% of units retreat, gold reward become 50% instead 100%), if they attempt to retreat all units, they got 0 rewards.



Also some trying to wandering around on edge of maps or run away from enemies, so I suggest

- Gold Reward after battle depend on how much kills your units did (max reward still depend on AP). I dont know how current system calculate rewards so I leave that matter to dev.

how?

Then you order your cavalry to flee when on full morale, and they flee the ENTIRE map off, and you lose all the gold you could make and can't even pay for repairs due to a bad morale roll.

hmmm I see, sounds like I need to think another suggestion.

the problem is, some willed fighting newcomers battle along with those retreats wont win that easily, they may lost and need to spend golds for nothing too.

Any suggestion?

Easy solution would be:
If you kill less then 5 units total you get no reward at all.

Anyone who attacks at all will easily get this and once you are engaged its unlikely that you start retreating right after 5 kills (or at least in that case the enemy is busy hunting that coward).

I had battle with retreats that go to corner and did nothing, when enemy atk, they kills but didnt do manual retreat instead let units retreat after low morale, they must be have more than 5 kills for that.

I think penalizing for being overwhelmed and forced to retreat is a bad idea. It's not a new player's fault he got lumped in with a high ranked person and the battle is too hard for him. There are of course people who are not doing anything on purpose.

Adapting rewards according to the AP sounds like a good idea and in my opinion only a person that gets 0 kills should not receive any rewards. Also it's not that hard to lead the enemy forces near your cowardly ally... well maybe if you're a dwarf that might be a little more tricky.  Definitely something that should be looked into.
