| Don't know if it's a one off but I just had a co-op and once the battle started I ordered all my troops to go behind cover and just waited for them all to get there. Since usually HI get there last I did not pay attention at one of the units being behind, however, after all my troops got to the ordered location I noticed that my heavy infantry did not even move from their spot. I even double checked if i had ordered them to move and I had. Ignoring direct orders is treason in my book! They did comply after I ordered them to move again. | |

| Burn them! Is it possible that you forgot to select that unit and give the order? | |

| Nope. I double checked their flag was in the ground and the green line extended but they were just standing there. Actually I think this was happening before but since it happened in the heat of battle when you order movement several times it's not very noticeable. | |

| Yeap I have seen this too. The banner is set somewhere but they wait for a couple of seconds before they react. Pretty annoying if its ironbeards and archers are firing at them. | |

| This has happened to me as well. There is another thread about this and I think its the same bug. The other thread called it something like "Single Unit Lag."
Its infrequent though and I have no clue how to reproduce it. I've probably seen it happen twice.

| It happened again. HI were the first units I ordered to take cover and they just stood there. I even waited for them to snap out of it to see if they will eventually start moving like Chip56 said but they did not so it seems that the order didn't even register. | |

| I'm seeing this happen more frequently today. Quite a bit more.
Same symptoms of ordering a unit to do something, watching the battle continue to occur, and my unit not responding.
If I had to guess, it is a change in the way the game handles backlogs of combat events when there is not enough server CPU to handle it. That is what it feels like anyway.
The game used to freeze the whole battleground. Now it is just the single unit. If this is caused by server lag, I would say it is more fair to freeze the whole battlefield instead of just individual units.

| I have been issues with this in my battles tonight as well. I click where I want the unit to go, the flag appears, but the unit does not move.
At one point in a PvE it was occurring with three of the four units I had in the battle!

| I've had this too, quite frequently. The most annoying occasion was when I ordered my Dolophons to attack some archers and they just stood there taking arrows to the knee. | |

| We will definitely check it out. We cannot easily replicate it, which is why we haven't been able to "catch" the bug yet. However, where there is a will there is a way... ; ) Thank you all for your reports. | |

| I think it may be to do with load. In the case of my Dolophons, I eventually got them to move after multiple clicks but by the time I did, they'd been reduced to such an extent they fled before they reached the enemy. I've also had units (HI both times if I remember correctly) that I'd hidden behind objects refuse to move at all until I change the order by clicking somewhere else, so maybe there's a pathfinding element to the problem too. | |

| It happened to me too, but they still do what you command in 10-15 seconds. I think it was because of the lag.
Btw Rune, double CP pop-up happened again yesterday just for once.

| Yea, it is almost certainly due to load. Happens the most during high activity.
Replicating it on a dev deployment of the game will probably be harder than replicating on live.

| Fwiw it started happening to me last night and continues today. I have tried hotkeys clicking on the unit and sometimes they respond sometimes they take up to 20 seconds to respond | |
