Well, did they change something? Areas are now shifting owners but the top contributors still with the same CP. I must have missed something...

As far as I'm tracking to put it bluntly, they changed how many max points can be put into an area before capture, so regardless of who's in the top 3 the place can still be easily captured. Like 150ish points-200 per % is what I've been seeing recently. Then again it could be less due to the fact that the opposing side could be contributing in the meantime.
