VIP doesn't work all the time?

I don't know how long this problem is here but i've seen it some times.

My mines say i have an X amount of resources in store.
Then when i click Collect resources i get only 80% of the resources that are shown on the mines.
I hope this can be fixed and hopefully it's only when i manually collect otherwise i have paid for nothing.

the actual issue is not the premium bonus itself, rather than a known issue regarding inaccurate flash time calculation on some machines. In other words, the flash client calculates time a bit faster.

If you remain doubtful, you could PM me your in-game username to validate that everything is ok.
