Not sure if this is a bug or not, so maybe this is in the wrong place? Anyhow I reset my account and started again as a different race, and now I have lost my two Fury axes (which I could not donate to guild vault) and my snake lord banner (level 3) Could I please have these back Thanks

You lost them because you reset your account. Why are you trying to get anything back after resetting your account?
