Fixes:

- Capital Armies will no longer damage friendly walls.

- Warnings regarding wounded heroes and broken items have been added to the army preparation window.

- Broken items will not be fielded into battle even if shown as equipped.

- Heroes with zero health will not be fielded into battle even if shown as equipped.
