Mini Update 11-7-2014

Changes:

- Implementation of the new faction bonus system as discussed here: http://www.battleconforum.com/t2508-change-to-cp-bonus-population-control-algorithm

The system will take up to two days to be fully functional as today's player statistics will be lower than normal due to the hours that have passed.

We hope that this will provide a great motivation for conquest.
