| I bought the 250 gem combo boost for a new hero. I got the items, but I did not receive the 150 XP. See screenshot.  | |

Are you sure you had the right hero selected when you bought the boost pack? Could it be that another hero gained the 150 XP? | |

I have done that before, buying a boost package with the wrong hero selected. After having burnt my fingers that way, I'm careful now of having the right hero selected before buying the boost. | |

| Addendum: the XP could have gone to another hero, that I cannot tell, because they have much more XP and the newly added would not be obvious. I'm just saying I was sure I had that Level 1 hero selected. | |

| I can say for certain that bought XP went to another hero.  However, I could transfer 150 XP to that level 1 hero of yours this one time to balance the frustration out. Just name a hero you wish to drain the XP from and all will be settled. You can PM me if you wish to keep anything private of course. Cheers, Xargos | |
