Remove inactive guilds!

Please remove the inactive guilds, I don't understand why they keep appearing, it's a sad and depressing sight.  

New players browsing for a guild may get the impression that the game is without active players and decide to leave!?  

Another thing I've noticed is the lack of new players joining the game, why is that? On Olympus you would see about 1 new player on the chat daily(Give or take).

Hmmm maybe the majority have joined the "light" faction, that would explain why!?
